Bonnie is a licensed professional counselor and owner of Evolve Family Therapy. As a therapist, Bonnie is focused on helping individuals with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, postpartum issues, parenting struggles, and trauma.

As a former early childhood and special education teacher, Bonnie has 20+ years of experience working with children, and an extensive background in child development, developmental delays, and learning problems. This background allows Bonnie to bring a unique and concentrated perspective and intervention to clients.

While trained in a relational/psychodynamic approach, Bonnie incorporates many other strategies such as cognitive-behavior therapy, and deep understanding of attachment research and neuropsychology into treatment.

Terri is a licensed clinical professional counselor with 30 years of counseling experience.  As a therapist, Terri is focused on helping her clients find the clarity and support that they need to grow and manage the difficult situations and people in their lives. 

 Some of her specialties include: Anxiety and depression; coping with break-ups and divorce; healing from past trauma and abuse; helping to manage difficult relationships (including family, parenting, school, work & love relationships).

Janine received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience focused on grief and loss; identity concerns; couples therapy and anxiety/depression symptoms. Janine has extensive experience in working with people of all ages and multicultural backgrounds in various clinical settings.

Melissa is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults who experience depression and/or anxiety.

Tiana Santisteven, Ph.D, LCPC, CRC

Tiana, a licensed professional counselor and certified rehabilitation counselor, brings over 5 years of expertise to her profession. Her specialization lies in assisting Veterans, adults struggling with issues such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and vocational-related challenges. As a therapist, Tiana emphasizes the importance of nurturing the therapeutic relationship to help individuals gain self-awareness and achieve their goals while promoting overall well-being.

Tiana employs an integrated therapeutic approach, combining person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy to provide comprehensive and effective support. Her commitment extends beyond her practice as she passionately advocates for individuals with disabilities, multicultural issues, and social justice.

In the fall of 2022, Tiana achieved her PhD in counselor education and supervision, further enriching her expertise. When she's not working with clients, Tiana enjoys sharing her knowledge and mentoring future counselors while staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the counseling profession.

Melanie Long, LCSW        

Meet Melanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Illinois with seven years of experience. Specializing in supporting adults with various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, self-esteem, and trauma, Melanie also has a deep commitment to serving the LGBTQ+ community. Trained in Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) therapy, she approaches her work with compassion and curiosity, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Passionate about understanding her clients' journeys, Melanie sees it as a privilege to assist them in reaching their goals. Her approach is characterized by warmth and gentleness, recognizing that healing comes from within each individual. Utilizing a strength-based perspective, Melanie collaborates with her clients to develop personalized interventions and treatment plans.

Outside of her practice, Melanie enjoys immersing herself in nature and getting lost in suspenseful thriller novels, all while indulging in an iced caramel latte.
